stress by making your heart pump, making your body move around,

Exercises that involves stretching will come with some
additional benefits. Along with the stress reduction techniques
of increased blood flow and making your heart pump, they also
stretch out your entire body. This causes your muscles to
become relaxed, which in turn, will release pent-up emotional
stress and make you feel more relaxed. It dosen't matter if you
are doing stress reduction techniques like yoga, or merely
simple stretching exercises, because they will all help you out
a great deal in both the short run and throughout the entire
course of your life.
